WHAT IS THE FOOD LIKE?
Our aim is for food during the Retreat to be home-cooked, healthy food (wherever possible), made from fresh ingredients and catering for both vegetarian and meat-eating preferences. We will provide 3 meals a day (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). In addition, home-made cakes, fruit and a wide selection of teas and coffees will be available throughout the day.
We aim to cater to any special dietary requirements that we are made aware of ahead of the retreat. Alcohol is not included within the price with the exception of the Welcome Meal where a glass of red or white wine will be offered. If you would like to enjoy a further glass of wine/beer or other type of alcoholic drink during the Retreat, please bring it with you. Our request is that consumption is kept to a moderate level. |
