What's Included?
- Ensuite twin room accommodation for 3 nights in a beautiful Victorian former-hunting lodge (there's no dead animals, don't worry), sharing with the same gender
- Single supplement available upon request - £50pppn
- Home-cooked, healthy food – breakfast, lunch and dinner every day
- A selection of teas, coffee and water/juice, fruit, homemade cake and snacks available throughout the day.
- Yoga sessions around 60 minutes, twice a day, led by a qualified Hatha Yoga teacher.
- Daily, guided gentle walks, exploring the nature and stunning scenery in the surrounding area.
- Guided coaching activities throughout the weekend to explore a goal(s) or issue(s) or other suggested topics.
- A guaranteed small group size with a maximum of 14 participants (typical group size 4-8)
- ‘Technology-free’ zone in all communal areas
- We aim to create an environment that is relaxed, fun and safe, with a learning, exploring and supportive atmosphere.

This is an example schedule and will flex with the requirements of the group, weather conditions etc. All other time will be free to spend as you wish.
